Winemaker Sébastien Vincenti is no stranger to the Rhône Valley, having spent a few years under the tutelage of the widely respected, André Brunel. Sébastien has some of the finest terroir in the Ventoux region, east of the river. In 2013, he discontinued his prestigious "Nadal" label, and combined the fruit which normally went to those bottles with his entry-level "Fayard," to make this Ventoux Rouge. Made from 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah, and 10% Mourvèdre, think of it as a classier wine than previous incarnations of his entry-level red.
