Central to Campania’s wine production is the Mastroberardino family and the winery they established in 1878. Their impact on the region is unequivocal. Greco is a late ripening varietal and tricky to farm due to its sensitivity to various diseases. But the effort to produce Greco is worth it. This one is a textbook example with its yellow color, flavors of honey, peach, pear and ripe tropical fruits.
