Organically grown Trebbiano grapes are de-stemmed and transferred to tank where a 30-day maceration takes place. The skins are then separated from the juice and softly pressed, then transferred back into stainless steel tank. After racking, the wine stays on its fine lees in steel for 4 months. Bottled unfiltered.
